Architects and designers can now download, then copy and paste a technical specification for the Aquatite Wetwall Caddy into their projects.
This will ensure that the very vulnerable area of penetrations in wet area linings is addressed at the design stage. The specification is downloadable via the MS Word document linked below.
By including this specification in your projects, all of the requirements of E3 can successfully be met.
Plus, any potential moisture issues regarding water ingression or hardware failure associated with shower mixers, taps and their related plumbing fixtures will not cause any water damage to occur.

The Wetwall Caddy is also an important component for achieving a successful waterproof membrane to a wet area wall and will create a seal in the wall lining for the penetration that occurs when installing shower mixers and the like.
It should be noted that all shower mixers require and access hole to be left in the wall lining as part of the warranty requirements from the tapware manufacturer and this can be up to a size of 100mm, so sealing this access hole is a good code of practice as well as simple common sence.
